9/22/03 On December 2nd 2002, Margie D. Schoedinger, a 38-year-old woman from Missouri City, Texas, filed a civil lawsuit against President George W. Bush at the Fort Bend County, Texas, County Clerk’s office accusing the President of drugging and raping her. Nine months later on Sept. 22, 2003 she was dead. The medical examiner ruled it a suicide
